Russian children's theaters abroad to take part in festival in Strasbourg

Applications for participation in the Lukomorye 2nd International Children's Theater Festival for Russian-speaking groups have started, it will be held at the end of April. The organizers invited creative teams of Russian schools and studios abroad to the festival, the website of the Coordinating Council of Russian Compatriots in France reports.

Those wishing to take part in the theater review can apply until the end of March.

The festival was organized by the ART-Rainbow association and the theater-studio Lukomorye with the support of the BatiGlobal construction company.

Actors between the ages of six and 17 can participate in festival productions. The program will include performances in Russian in many genres, including drama, musical and plastic performances, puppet shows, stage experiments.

The screenings will take place on April, 29 and April, 30 at the Sainte-Madeleine concert hall in Strasbourg. The winners of the Lukomorye festival in 2019 received a ticket to the Russian children's center Artek. The winners included theaters from France, Spain and other states.
