Young chess players from 16 states took part in tournament in honor of Battle of Stalingrad

The 3rd International Online Chess Tournament among compatriots, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Battle of Stalingrad, has come to an end, the telegram channel of the Moscow Compatriot House reports. More than 160 young compatriots from 16 countries took part in it.

The organizers are the Coordinating Council of Organizations of Russian Compatriots of Palestine and the Russian House in Bethlehem.

The winners were named in two age categories. Teenagers and young people born in 2004-2007 competed in the senior competition. 

In 2021, an online chess tournament among juniors brought together participants from 8 countries.
