A book exhibition dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the outstanding Russian poetess Marina Tsvetaeva has opened in Paris. The exposition, located in the library of the Russian House of Science and Culture, includes works by Tsvetaeva and other classics of the Silver Age of Russian poetry, the institution's telegram channel reports.

Works by Tsvetaeva and her fellow contemporaries in Russian and French are presented at the exhibition. Among them are newly released translations received by the Russian House from the famous translator Florian Vutev as part of the event dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the poetess.

The anniversary of Marina Tsvetaeva in France was celebrated with new publications and creative evenings. In early June, Russian-speaking authors from France, Germany, the United States and other countries, as well as French admirers of Tsvetaeva's poetry, held a solemn event in the city of Vanves, where the poetess lived for four years in the 1930s.
