The art collection of the Morozov brothers has returned to Russia, TASS reports. According to the Minister of Culture Olga Lyubimova, all exhibits have already been delivered to museums.

The collection, which includes paintings, drawings, sculptures, was on the road for almost three weeks. The last car with the cargo crossed the border three days ago.

Lyubimova added that the Russians would be able to see the complete collection of the Morozovs. The exhibition is being prepared by the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts and will take place in the summer.

The Morozov collection was presented at an exhibition in Paris. It began working on September 21, 2021 at the Louis Vuitton Foundation. French President Emmanuel Macron became the guest of honor at the opening ceremony. The largest Russian museums became participants of the exhibition: the Hermitage, the Tretyakov Gallery, the Pushkin Museum. At first, the exposition was supposed to finish at the end of February, but was extended up until early April because of the large public interest.
