Russia demands that Ukraine stops its military activities, add the provision on its neutral status to the country's Constitution, recognize Crimea as part of Russia, as well as the independence of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics. This was stated by the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov in an interview with Reuters on Monday, TASS reports. Peskov stressed that in this case Russia's military operation can be stopped at any time.

Peskov added that Russia does not intend to put forward any new territorial demands to Kiev.

Russkiy Mir reported that the 3rd round of negotiations between Moscow and Kiev start on March, 7. The delegations of the two countries met twice, on February 28 and March 3. As a result, it was possible to reach an agreement on humanitarian corridors. However, so far the agreements have not worked. Since then, the Russian side has repeatedly declared a regime of silence so that residents, in particular, in Mariupol, could evacuate, but nationalists did not let the refugees out, the Russian Defense Ministry claimed
