Russian Winter Festival takes place in Cyprus

The Russian Winter Festival has started in Cyprus, the Rossotrudnichestvo website reports. It was organized by the Russian Embassy, ​​the Russian House in Cyprus and the Creative World charitable foundation with the support of the St. Petersburg administration. The festival is taking place in Limassol.

The festival is timed to coincide with the New Year and Christmas holidays. The Ambassador of the Russian Federation Stanislav Osadchiy, the head of the city Nikos Nikolaidis, the head of the charitable foundation Vyacheslav Zarenkov and other officials congratulated all spectators and participants on the New Year.

Russian emigrants and local residents greeted the ''St.Petersburg Russian Miracle" show with delight. Dancers and singers performed to the melodies of Russian folk instruments.
