RSL teachers met at 3rd Forum of Russian Schools in Paris

The Forum of Russian Schools took place in Paris, according to the Rossotrudnichestvo website. It has been organized for the third year in a row. Teachers of Russian as a foreign language, specialists working with bilingual children, heads of educational institutions took part in it.

The forum participants discussed the prospect of opening a Franco-Russian school, which will work according to the new methods of the Puahkin State Institute of the Russian Language.

Another important topic was the work of educational institutions online.

The forum is aimed at consolidating Russian schools, collecting objective and complete information about the state of Russian-language education in the country.

Last year, the forum participants discussed the existing problems and prospects, the direction of development of Russian-language school education on a national scale. The forum also raised the topic of schools' readiness to promote the opening of new Russian classes in French international lyceums.
