Photographers from 11 countries helped to portray Russians of different professions

Photographers, filmmakers, journalists and other specialists from 11 countries took part in a multimedia exhibition the creation of a documentary, which tells about the life of Russians of different professions. The special project was presented at the Window to Europe Film Festival in Vyborg, TASS reports.

According to the Governor of the Leningrad Region Alexander Drozdenko, the filming of the documentary about the inhabitants of the region took place within the framework of the Presidential grant and with regional support. Foreign photographers demonstrated their skills by presenting the life of a wide range of residents of the region. The heroes of the film are people of labor, representatives of creative and other professions.

Journalists, photographers, directors and bloggers from Russia, Spain, Italy, France, Finland, Poland and other countries worked in the Leningrad Region for 2,5 weeks. The film tells the stories of the inhabitants of the region, presenting their daily life and traditions.

The Window to Europe festival has opened for the 29th time, film screenings will last until September 2, viewers will see more than 100 Russian films.
