21th International Summer School of Russian Language and Folklore takes place in Palanga

The Tradition International Summer School of Russian Language and Folklore has been launched on Friday, June 18. It is traditionally hosted by Palanga (Lithuania). It is supported by the Russkiy Mir Foundation.

The event is being held for the 21st time. For almost 25 years, the school brings together young perfromers, musicians and vocalists who seek to immerse themselves in the treasures of folk songs, exchange experiences, discuss new ideas, and establish cooperation. The school also gives a lot to improve the level of proficiency in Russian. This time, representatives of Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Norway, Germany, Georgia will join the school.

The program of the school included concerts and recitals, a seminar for teachers, trainings and master classes, and quizzes in the Russian language. 

Each age group has its own program.
