A holiday for children and adults was organized by compatriots in Jordan. The Russian diaspora in Irbid traditionally holds the "Hello Summer!" meeting on the first day of June, the International Children's Day.

Russians with children of different ages gathered in the sports center of Irbid. They played outdoor games to mark the start of the summer season. The attendees liked the event so much that they decided to hold the meetings every week. The members of the Russian community will meet on Tuesdays and invite everyone to join.

Last month, the Coordinating Council of Compatriots Organizations in Jordan launched the series of ''What? Where? When?" games. In the first meeting, two teams fought, which included students from Russian clubs, centers and associations from several cities in Jordan, as well as representatives of the Association of Belarusians in Jordan.
