Highly qualified foreign specialists will be able to bring their families to Russia. The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin, RIA Novosti reports.

To take advantage of this opportunity, it is required to submit to the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs lists of people who need to be allowed to enter Russian territory. The border can be crossed with or without a visa, depending on the citizenship of an applicant. The visitors are also required to take a coronavirus test.

The decision of the government takes effect from the moment of publication. Earlier, the same decision was made in relation to family members of foreign athletes, coaches, judges and physical education specialists from other countries.
