The construction of the Russian park began in Amman, one of the initiators of the construction of the unique educational and cultural space was the Russian Embassy in Jordan. The park will have structures reminiscent of the architecture of Moscow, according to the Russian-speaking residents of Jordan Facebook page.

The Jordanian-Russian Friendship Society, the Ibn Sina club of graduates of Russian and Soviet universities and other organizations are participating in the project. The project started two years ago and was timed to coincide with the 55th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Moscow and Amman. Then the first stone of the Russian park was laid.

The design work has been completed, and the creation of a park complex has begun in the capital of Jordan. At the moment, its territory is fenced off, followed by work on leveling the site, after which construction equipment will arrive there. The organizers are considering the possibility of creating an alley for Russian universities, in which each tree will personify the university where the representatives of Ibn Sina studied.
