Russian cinemas can resume their work on Monday, July 13, according to RIA Novosti. The Ministry of Culture explained that movie centers would be opened only with the permission of local authorities.

In accordance with the document signed by the head of the department Olga Lyubimova, cinemas must comply with sanitary requirements. They are also instructed to comply with all recommendations aimed at counteracting the spread of the new infection. In particular, it is noted that all sessions in one hall should be separated by at least half an hour. This time is allotted for the disinfection of the cinema halls and thorough cleaning. In addition, the halls must be ventilated.

At the same time, all viewers must remember the standard safety rules: use personal protective equipment, as well as maintain social distance.

As Russkiy Mir reported, more than 50% of federal museums across the country already host visitors.  According to the Minister of Culture Olga Lyubimova, this question depends primarily on how the epidemiological situation in the regions evoloves. Furthermore, it is also important whether cultural institutions themselves are ready for the opening, she added.
