179 Russians returned to their homeland on a Ural Airlines flight from Bangkok, RIA Novosti reports. On the night of April 17, an airplane from Thailand made two landings in Russian cities: 111 people left in Kazan, 68 reached Ufa.

Before getting on board, all passengers and crew members underwent a disinfection procedure, upon arrival they were waited by sanitary-quarantine control. Residents of the Orenburg region, Perm Territory, Bashkiria, Tatarstan and other regions were brought home by an export flight.

The arrived passengers will be sent to quarantine for 14 days and will be kept under medical supervision.

Two days earlier, more than 260 Russians were delivered from New York by the Aeroflot board.

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin promised that the Russian authorities will not leave people stranded abroad. If the need arises, the authorities will allocate additional funds for the financial support of citizens waiting for export flights to Russia.
