Russia and Vietnam have agreed upon regular exchanges of delegations of young leaders. This was stated by the head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Alexander Bugaev, TASS reported.

According to Bugaev, such exchanges are already practiced with China - they are held annually in the 100 on 100 format in cooperation with the Russian Youth Union. Representatives of public organizations of the two countries participate in the trips, they establish contacts and agree on joint projects. In the same format, cooperation with Hanoi is now planned.

The Vietnamese have already visited Moscow as part of the cross years taking place in the two countries in 2019–2020. The Russians also visited the Asian state.

Note that the Russian-Vietnamese Youth Forum was held from July 23 to 29 in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Its main goal was to intensify relations between the two countries in the youth sphere.
