9th Academic BRICS Forum will take place in Brazil

Chairman of the Committee on Education of the State Duma, Chairman of the Management Board of Russkiy Mir Foundation Vyacheslav Nikonov will take part in the opening ceremony of the 9th Academic BRICS Forum on September, 11-12 in Brasilia.

The forum which is the major expert BRICS event, is dedicated this year to developing new ways of cooperation and development. Experts from Brazil, Russia, China, India and South Africa will discuss financial issues, business and investment development, energetics and agriculture, and cooperation on fighting international crime.

The forum is held before the beginning of the 9th BRICS Summit that to be conducted in Brazilian capital on November, 13 – 14. IPEA institute organises the event. BRICS Research National Committee founded by Russkiy Mir Foundation and Russian Science Academy will represent Russia, among others.
