Student from Malaysia created application for learning Russian

A student from Malaysia has developed a mobile application for learning Russian, according to the Rossotrudnichestvo website. Kit Asas Bahasa Rusia is the only Google Play application for learning Russian with an interface in Malay. With his work, Mohammad Hakim Bin Zainal Abidin, who studies at the International College of the Islamic University of Selangor, won first place in the Educational Technologies category in the iTREX competition.

The competition is held every year as part of the Technology and Research Exhibitions (TREX) program. This year it was attended not only by students, but also by representatives of industry conducting research in the field of IT-technologies, and everyone who wants to demonstrate their own innovative projects.

Mohammad Hakim has been studying the Russian language for several years now. He successfully combined his hobby with college studies. The idea of ​​the young researcher on the development of a multimedia mobile application was supported by the teacher Sirulnizam Bin Abd Rahman, who also participates in the project as a supervisor.
