"We are all shocked by the recent bloody anti-Semitism tragedy, which occurred in Pittsburgh. I want to convey my sincere words of condolences to the families of those who were killed and wounded," Russian Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matviyenko said at the opening of Protecting the Future international conference on combating anti-Semitism, racism and xenophobia held in Moscow.

Participants stand in one minute silence in memory of the tragedy’s victims.
