Town planning experience of Moscow has helped Tel Aviv to implement a number of projects, the Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai told RIA Novosti. Moreover, Russian-speaking experts from Israel are able to learn this experience more quickly and efficiently, he adds. Almost half of the city speaks Russian, says the official.

The head of the second largest city in Israel claims that the Russian-speaking diaspora ameliorates the country. Grace to their connections with Russian specialists and knowledge, people from the former USSR bring many benefits to Israel. For example, Ron Huldai named urban planning projects that Tel Aviv borrowed from Moscow. Decided to create a park in a residential area, the Israeli city sent specialists to study in the Russian capital known for its technology "to move buildings", according to Mayor Huldai. The sister cities created a group of Russian-speaking architects and engineers to help quickly and efficiently learn the experience.

According to the Tel Aviv mayor, the tourist flow to the city mainly consists of Russians. The French, British and other countries residents follow it. Ron Huldai is convinced that this is due to the fact that the Russian language in Tel Aviv is widespread and the Russians feel at home.

Moscow and Tel Aviv intend to develop cooperation in the innovation sphere, the visit of Ron Huldai to the Russian capital next year will be devoted to this issue.
