27.04.2018

A trial lesson on the Russian language initiated by Association of Russian Compatriots in Italy the Crimson Sails and Russian Center of Milan State University was held in the Educational Center named after Ricardo Massa.

President of Association of Russian Compatriots in Italy and Director of Russian Educational Center the Academy Professor Lyudmila Shapovalova was first to make a speech. She made it easy for children to understand that Russian and Italian cultures are interdependent on each other by means of historical examples.

Then the lesson began conducted by supervisor of the Russian Center. The aim of the lesson was to learn the Russian alphabet and several dozens of Russian words, encourage children the way that in future they would have deep interest in the Russian language, Russia and its culture. The children failed to get to know all the Russian letters though they managed to read several dozens of words in Russian at the lesson.

All attendants of the lesson received stencils with Russian alphabet as a gift from the Russian Center.

This is not the first experience of the kind. The initial school of this educational center under leadership of the supervisor of the Russian Center conducted a workshop of making Russian toys in 2014 and in 2015 there was a mini-contest on the Russian language and Maslenitsa festival with participation of the theatre studio of the Russian Center under the title Once Upon a Time.
