14.12.2017

roscosmos.ruThree crew members of the International Space Station have landed to Earth under normal conditions, RIA Novosti informs.

The landing module of Soyuz MC-05 space ship has landed in the steppes of Kazakhstan today, on December 14. The module has landed within one and a half km at the Southeast from Zhezkazgan city.

The space mission was over for cosmonaut Sergei Ryazansky and astronauts of American and European Space Agencies Randolph Breznik and Paolo Nespoli.

The landed cosmonauts were quickly evacuated by safeguards who waited in the target spot in advance. The Mission Control Center has shared that the rescue team took the cosmonauts out of the capsule and brought them into the heated tent by hands, where they were inspected by medical staff.

All the three crewmembers feel good, the Mission Control Center reports.

Cosmonauts spent almost forty days at the International Space Station. Until participants of the new mission arrive, Russian cosmonaut Alexander Miskurin and American astronauts Mark Vande Hei and Josef Akaba will continue working on the orbit.
