Daria Bocharova became second at beauty contest in India

Russian Daria Bocharova took second place at the Mrs Glam World beauty contest, held in India, RIA Novosti reports.

The resident of Krasnoyarsk has no doubt that the memory of this event will remain with her for the rest of her life. According to Bocharova, the competition was very emotional, as well as meeting girls representing other countries. She noted that she taught the staff Russian words and told everyone about Russia.

Daria Bocharova is 35 years old, she is married and has two children. She heads a modeling agency, and in her free time she goes in for sports and is fond of photography.

The contest included creative and sports competitions. In the final, the participants had two runway walks. In one of them they came out in folk costumes, in the second - in evening dresses.

Almost 30 married participants aged from 21 to 48 fought for the victory along with the Russian woman. They represented Japan, India, Spain, Malaysia and other countries. The first place in the competition was taken by the representative of India, Pooja Mohan.
