Russian robots developed by the Perm company Promobot will conduct tours for guests of the National Museum of Indian Cinema in Mumbai in three languages. The Russian company said that they are currently introducing visitors to the history of Indian cinema, TASS reports.

Promobot Development Director Oleg Kivokurtsev said that two Russian robots are already working with guests of the Indian Film Museum, introducing them to the history of national cinema, costumes of movie characters and other props and equipment used to make films. Robots recommend guests what to see in the museum, which convenient route to take.

The representative of the developer company noted that soon the robots will conduct excursions - talk about the exhibits, answer questions from guests, show photos and additional materials.

Russian robots are able to conduct tours in three languages: English, Hindi and Arabic. Currently, robots developed by Promobot are used in 43 countries.

Earlier,  a Russian robot was hired as a guide to the Chilean National Historical Museum, where it introduces visitors to the country's struggle for independence in five languages.
