International Children festival conducted in Leipzig

Svetlana SolovievaOpen World 11th International Children festival was conducted in Leipzig, Svetlana Solovieva reported.

At the opening ceremony the Vice Consul to Leipzig Alexander Pikulov has greeted guests. He has also underlined that such events work towards promoting humanitarian and cultural dialogue between Russia and Germany.

Young singer Maria Isaikina (originally from Balashovo), has performed several songs in Russian. It is her first time participating in this festival, and she is very proud of it, Maria has told. Her young colleague, 12 year old Grigorieva Turkin from St. Petersburg has moved audience with Mikhail Tariverdiev's songs.

Folklore ensemble Tuesok was followed by young girls-equilibrists from Konakovsky People's Circus group who amazed the audience with outstanding flexibility technique.
Concert has finished with loud applauds, and the audience did not let the young talents leave the stage.
