Besides many articles, she has some books published, among them are Petersburg Mirrors (Moscow, 2003), Mikhail Baryshnikov (Moscow, 2004), Yulia Makhalina (Moscow 2009), Boris Eifman. As much as Nina loves dance she's attracted by poetry, music, acting and other kinds of arts. She's an author of many recognizable pictures of her close friends, such as Sergey Dovlatov, Joseph Brodsky, Solomon Volkov, Vladimir Voinovich, et cetera.

This evening at the Zinc Bar renowned works and several absolutely new photographs of Nina Alovert were presented.

Her books and albums were available for sale.

After the exhibition and Q&A with Nina Alovert, pianist Olga Slavina performed several classical musical pieces. Right next after her Valeriy Ponomarev’s ensemble played jazz music set.
