Robotics forum opened in Tanzania

Students of universities and colleges in Tanzania are invited to participate in the robotics forum, the Rossotrudnichestvo telegram channel reports. They will be joined by high school students from the African country. The forum started on Monday, October, 23. It is conducted by the Russian House in Dar es Salaam and the Russian Southwestern State University. According to the organizers, the number of participants will exceed 600 people.

The three-day program includes lectures, seminars and master classes. Young people will also see examples of robots that are used in the education and the space industry. The Russian space drama Challenge will be screened during the forum. It was filmed on the International Space Station. 

Representatives of Russian universities will talk about how modern robots are created and how this can be studied in Russia.

During the forum, presentations of Russian education will be held in educational institutions in Dar es Salaam.
