The organizers of the national open championship of creative competencies ArtMasters received 21,000 applications from those wishing to take part in the tournament. According to Sergey Kiriyenko, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, they came from 43 countries, TASS reports.

Sergei Kiriyenko noted that the tournament can no longer be called Russian. The competition has turned into a full-fledged international championship. Among the finalists, he added, for the first time there are citizens of other states. Sergei Kiriyenko called ArtMasters a unique educational platform that has long outgrown the status of a competition. Each of the ArtMasters experts has become a real mentor who transfers knowledge and skills to his students.

Almost in every new performance, film or any large-scale project, there are ArtMasters finalists and graduates among the organizers and creators, Sergey Kiriyenko explained.

Last year not only Russians, but also residents of other countries who speak Russian were able to join the competition for the first time. The competition is aimed at assisting young professionals in creative professions.

Competitions are held in two age categories. The main participants are young people aged 18 to 35 years. In the junior category - from 14 to 17 years old.

All those who entered the top three in each category receive valuable prizes and cash certificates. They will be able to complete an internship and find a job in large companies, on TV channels or film studios, in well-known cultural institutions.
