Russian Singing Summer Choral Festival is held in France. It has gathered children and youth groups from France and Russia, according to the website of the Coordination Council of Russian Compatriots (CCRC) in France. The festival is organized by Art Concept Association with the assistance of the Russian Spiritual Cultural Orthodox Center of Paris and the (CCRC) in France.

Choirs and instrumental ensembles, which operate under associations of Russian compatriots and Russian-French associations of the two countries, are invited to participate in the festival. Children and adolescents are involved not only in concerts, but also in educational activities, consultations and meetings aimed at sharing experiences and developing creative abilities.

The youth choir Kamerton from Krasnoyarsk under the direction of Anna Gruzinskaya became the guest of the festival. It brings together more than a hundred children and is the winner of many Russian and foreign competitions. The team will become a member of an open lesson-rehearsal, and its leader will hold a master class with one of the Paris choirs.

Performances are scheduled in the best temples and halls of the French capital. The festival will run until July 3.

Note that in June theaters from St. Petersburg, Switzerland and France received the Grand Prix of the 9th International Week of the Russian-speaking Theater, which was held in Paris. The program includes performances of theaters from nine countries in Europe and the Middle East. Young performers brought to Paris productions based on the tales of Nikolay Nosov, Leonid Filatov and foreign classics.
