Vladimir Putin expressed deep condolences to U.S. over Las Vegas massacre

Russian President sent his condolences to U.S. President Donald Trump over Las Vegas tragedy called “the deadliest in modern US history,” RIA Novosti reports. “The criminal act that took the lives of dozens of civilians shocks with its cruelty,” says the telegram.

Vladimir Putin conveyed words of compassion and sympathy with families and relatives of the victims. He wished a speedy recovery to the injured.

It is worth reminding that the Las Vegas killer Stephen Paddock, 64 opened a fire on crowds during the Country Music Festival at the popular Las Vegas Strip on October, 1. At least 58 people were killed and 500 injured. In a televised address Monday morning Trump called the attack "an act of pure evil".
