A new round of sanctions initiated by Washington may become yet another obstacle to normalize Russian-American relations. According to Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov these actions go beyond the limit, TASS reports.

At the same time the Foreign Ministry representative has advised that Moscow will not be led by emotions, and is going to find a solution through a constructive dialogue with the United States. The diplomat has stated that interaction can be continued on the issues that matter for both countries, including terrorism and proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

Current sanctions' draft law is orchestrated by Russia’s enemies in USA that have become absolutely impudent , Russian MFA representative said. He has added that reciprocal measures will follow for sure.

The head of the Federation Council foreign relations Konstantil Kosachev has absolutely agreed with Sergey Ryabkov. He has stated that further deterioration of relations between Russia and US seems unavoidable.

Deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee for Defense Franz Klinzevich, in his turn, has marked that if the bill becomes law, Moscow-Washington relations will be in deep crisis; unilateral toughening of the US sanctions may provoke another Cold War.
