The Russian-Bolivian School is a relatively young educational project. This year on Russia Day we celebrated our third anniversary with a major concert.
In the very name of the school we strived to reflect its general emphasis: the study of Russian language and literature and exploration of Russian culture. Russian language and literature lessons are introduced in the first grade.
The artistic specialization of the school has allowed us to include in the curriculum Russian choral and Russian folk dance lessons, from which the ensemble of Russian folk dance Kalinka has been formed. Each year we organize events, such as concerts devoted to Victory Day and Russia Day, the Museum of Russian Culture and Russian Bazaar. Many of these events are carried out with the support of the Russian Embassy in Bolivia.
