The Russian State Duma sent a report on the nazification of Ukrainian education to the United Nations, RIA Novosti reports. Boris Chernyshov, deputy head of the lower house of the Russian parliament, stressed that thanks to the facts presented, the world will be able to learn about the crimes of the Kyiv regime in the field of education.

The report reflects the techniques of introducing distorted historical facts into educational programs. It covers the situation at the preschool, school and university stages of education of Ukrainian children. The textbooks were analyzed by historians and educators, among whom were Ukrainian specialists.

Chernyshov also announced that the State Duma would develop a program for the denazification of education, which would be implemented in the liberated territories of Ukraine.

According to Andriy Turchak, Secretary of the United Russia General Council, Ukrainian children were militarized from early childhood, they were fed with anti-Russian ideas, and in textbooks the common history of the two countries is ''literally turned upside down.'' He is sure that it is necessary to introduce Russian educational standards in the liberated territories as soon as possible.

Earlier, the Ukrainian authorities removed the Russian language and literature from school curriculum, and introduced changes to school history course. The Soviet Union would now be referred to as an "imperial-type government" that promoted a "Russification policy" and "appropriated sovereignty" for Ukraine. More attention will be paid to the opposition that the Ukrainians had to Soviet influence, and they will also talk about the ''war with Russia.''
