70 foreign vessels cannot leave Ukrainian territorial waters, RIA Novosti reports. According to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, they are blocked in the ports of Ukraine, as the Kyiv regime is unable to ensure their safe exit. Earlier, Ukrainian troops mined the Black Sea, the Minister of Foreign Affairs explained.

Ukraine is practically holding ships belonging to almost 20 countries hostage, Sergey Lavrov specified.

Earlier, more than ten foreign ships remained in the port of Kherson. They could not enter the Black Sea, since Ukraine mined the Dnieper-Bug estuary. According to Kirill Stremousov, deputy head of the military-civilian administration of the Kherson region, the Ukrainian armed forces had mined territories  in the Ochakov area. Therefore, this path is currently blocked.
