Kyiv purposefully hits places where the civilian population is located, says Maxim Grigoriev, director of the Foundation for the Study of Democracy. He stated this during an informal meeting of the UN Security Council, RIA Novosti reports. It took place the day before, on July 11, and was dedicated to the problem of Nazism and fascism in Ukraine.

According to Maksim Grigoriev, the Ukrainian authorities invite foreign reporters, promising to provide them with evidence of crimes allegedly committed by the Russian army. People are informed about the distribution of food or water supply, they gather in a certain place. And then this place is hit. After that, the Western media are offered to capture the consequences of this bloody inhuman attack.

Kyiv kills citizens of its own country just for the sake of a picture, Maxim Grigoriev clarified. This is no longer in doubt, there are many testimonies of eyewitnesses and victims. The Kyiv regime is using the White Helmets scheme in Syria, the head of the fund said.

He also showed video recordings of eyewitness accounts that the foundation had collected in Mariupol and other liberated areas of Donbass.

Dmitry Polyansky, First Deputy Head of the Russian Mission to the UN, showed video recordings picturing the use of Nazi symbols and Nazi slogans by the Ukrainian authorities, the military, and citizens. The meeting was attended by diplomats from Western countries, they accused Moscow of disinformation and falsification of history.

The Russian diplomat is sure that the task aimed at the denazification of Ukraine would certainly be completed.

Denazification of Ukraine will be achieved in the name of future generations, he assured. ''We know what we are doing. We are doing the right thing and will not tolerate the revival of Nazism right on our doorstep,'' the diplomat summed up.
