French actress and DJ Cecile Plage has launched a new season of the Cecile in Wonderland program on the My Planet TV channel. In it, the actress talks about the most unusual corners of Russia. According to Plage, despite the severe climate,  Russian people are very sincere and warmly welcome guests, RIA Novosti reports.

Cecile was born into a French family in Moscow, but was taken to France as a child. In the late 1990s, she returned to Russia and fell in love with the country. To her French friends, who were worried about Cecile, the actress talks about the "phenomenal hospitality" of Russians and the wonderful nature.

Over the years of her life in Russia, she has visited many regions of the country, trying to understand the peculiarities of each region. The Frenchwoman calls her stay in Kolyma, Tuva and Yamal a journey to another planet. She also loves Crimea and other southern and mountainous regions.

According to Cecile, she already feels at home in Russia, she thinks in Russian and begins to feel that a ''mysterious Russian soul'' is being formed in her.
