Putin revaccinated against COVID-19

Russian President Vladimir Putin has been vaccinated against coronavirus, RIA Novosti reports. The president received a jab of the Sputnik Light one-component vaccine on the eve of November 21. 

Vladimir Putin noted that he followed the recommendations of the scientists. He also stressed that he didn't have any side effects after the procedure.

The Sputnik Light one-component vaccine was registered in Russia this summer. Volunteers from Russia, the United Arab Emirates, and Ghana took part in its research.
 
Vladimir Putin also volunteered to join the participants in the trials of a nasal vaccine against COVID-19.

Putin was vaccinated against coronavirus with Sputnik V on March 23.  Putin said he wanted to stay protected as long as possible. His daughter, the president explained, was also vaccinated with Sputnik V.
