The winners of the major European cinema award were announced on November, 16. Mukharam Kabulova was named the best in the "Best Editing" category. Editor Vincent Deveaux also worked on the film.

The film was made in the Ossetian language; it was filmed in North Ossetia. Most of the roles in the film were played by non-professional actors. It tells the story of a family moving to another city after tragic events. The father's strict ways of upbringing prompts his daughter to run away.
