Russian figure skater Kamila Valieva has become the winner of the Finlandia Trophy international tournament with two world records. Silver and bronze medals went to Russian skaters Elizaveta Tuktamysheva and Alena Kostornaya, respectively, TASS reports.

Valieva scored more than 249 points, which is almost two points more than the previous record set by Kostornaya two years ago in the Grand Prix series finals. The 15-year-old figure skater also managed to surpass the record previously set by Alexandra Trusova, getting the highest score in the free program (174.31 points.)

Valieva, who trains with the famous Russian coach Eteri Tutberidze, made her senior debut in the current season. Earlier, the athlete became first at the junior world championship.
