Air traffic between Russia and five more countries has been restored, TASS reports. This list includes Djibouti, Peru, South Africa, Denmark and New Zealand. So far, regular flights are formally resumed with 62 countries.
The government has approved two flights a week from Moscow to Djibouti, Wellington, Lima, Cape Town and Johannesburg. It will be possible to fly to Copenhagen from St. Petersburg two times a week as well.
However, no Russian airline has announced plans to resume flights to any of these countries yet. Not all of the formally open countries are ready to host tourists.
