About 40 countries to take part in St. Petersburg Cultural Forum

About 40 countries are going to take part in the St. Petersburg Cultural Forum, TASS reports. It is the first time when four states will present large-scale programs at once, Deputy Minister of Culture Alla Manilova said. According to her, Azerbaijan, France and South Korea received the status of a guest country. Germany will become a special guest at the forum.

The forum will be timed to coincide with the closing ceremony of the Year of Germany in Russia.

The St. Petersburg Cultural Forum is an effective platform for establishing new ties and strengthening existing contacts. It promotes new discoveries and achievements in contemporary art. Over the years of its existence, the forum has won the status of a large-scale cultural event. Discussion platforms attract tens of thousands of participants every year.

The forum will be held for the 9th time, it will open on November 11.
