Days of Russian cinema started in Uzbekistan

Screenings of Russian films and cartoons that have been released recently, business events and master classes are included in the program of the Days of Russian Cinema, which are held in Tashkent from September 29 to October 2. It is planned to open a branch of the All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography (VGIK) in the Uzbek capital, the Rossiyskaya Gazeta newspaper reports.

Days of Russian Cinema are held with the support of Roskino, the Russian Film Festival, the famous director and film producer Timur Bekmambetov, with the participation of the Ministry of Culture of Russia and the Cinema Fund. 

The program of the festival includes the military drama Devyatayev, the action movie Major Grom: The Plague Doctor, the drama Doctor Lisa, the fairy tale The Little Humpbacked Horse and other films.
