OA is a a German trade association, which promotes the economic relations between Germany and the states of Central and Eastern EuropeGerman entrepreneurs note that Berlin has involved Moscow and Minsk in the political confrontation. In addition, contradictions remain unresolved within the European Union itself, in particular with Warsaw and Bucharest. These factors cannot but have a detrimental effect on the economic situation.

The government of the country needs to take a more active role in resolving conflicts, the businessmen believe. The entrepreneurs are sure that most regional and global problems cannot be solved without Moscow's participation.
