Book about inscriptions of Soviet soldiers on Reichstag presented in Berlin

The presentation of the book dedicated to the inscriptions left by the soldiers of the Red Army on the walls of the captured Reichstag in 1945 took place at the Russian Embassy in Germany. Politicians, servicemen, veterans, siege soldiers, cultural and scientific workers took part in it, the Russkoe Pole newspaper reports. 

Karin Felix's book "I Was Here ..." was published in Russian thanks to the support of Pavel Zavalny, Head of the Energy Committee of the State Duma of Russia, and the Russian Gas Society. The presentation was organized by the Ambassador of Russia to Germany Sergey Nechaev, Pavel Zavalny, the head of the Committee on Economy and Energy of the Bundestag Klaus Ernst.

The author of the book spoke about how the idea of ​​the book appeared and came to life, and how veterans, many decades later, found their inscriptions on Reichstag's walls. A classical music concert was held as part of the presentation.
