Compatriots in Alicante to celebrate Day of Russia with international festival

Acceptance of applications for participation in the "Day of Russia in Alicante" Festival has started. Traditionally, the organizer of the holiday is the Russian House in Alicante with the assistance of the Association of Immigrants of Eastern Europe.

The festival has become a good tradition for almost 15 years of its existence. It will be held for the 14th time. The festival is a large-scale event in the cultural life of the Russian-speaking diaspora. The concert program is complemented by a handicraft fair. Stands with photographs are set up on the square, telling about the diversity of national culture.

Last year, the forum had to be held online. All performances of the participants were evaluated by an international jury consisting of professional Russian and foreign cultural figures.

The organizers invite art groups and solo performers to join the participants in the Vivat, Russia! Gala concert. It will take place at the La Concha venue in Alicante. Applications are accepted until May 20.
