The 1st rapid test, which makes it possible to detect immunity to coronavirus in 15 minutes, was developed in Russia, TASS reports. It was created by specialists from the Russian companies Rapid BIO and Avivir. The test with a more than 95% accuracy determines whether a stable immunity to coronavirus infection has appeared.

Using the Express-VAK SARS-CoV-2-IHA test, one can find out how and how much the vaccine against coronavirus helped in each specific case. It also gives an answer when it is necessary to be vaccinated for the second time, whether it is necessary to additionally vaccinate with a one-component version of Sputnik V after contracting the virus.

All this information makes it possible to assess the state of population immunity at the current moment and predict its dynamics.

To carry out a test based on the classical method of immunochromatographic analysis, only a drop of blood is needed.  The test will help reduce the burden on the healthcare system and will help monitor the level of population immunity.
