Meeting dedicated to Sergei Yesenin was held in Belgrade

25.02.2021

On February 19, 2021, regular guests of the Belgrade Russian Center Mirjana Marinkovic (vocals) and Zoran Dimitrov (guitar, vocals) presented their new program.

After several evenings of Russian and Gypsy romance songs, they prepared something new: a poetic and musical evening dedicated to Sergei Yesenin.

The program consisted of stories about the life of the Russian poet, reading Yesenin's poetry translated into Serbian and songs arranged by Mirjana and Zoran.

The vocal and musical duet of Miryana and Zoran attracts both regular guests and new listeners. At the end of the meeting, the duo announced their new program, which they will present at the Russian Center in April. This will be a poetic and musical evening dedicated to Bulat Okudzhava.
