Russian Center in Pleven started its work

On December 1, the Russian Center opened at the Chr. Smirnenski Library in Pleven (Bulgaria). The center works full day - from 10 am to 6 pm.

The beginning of the Russian Center's activities was covered in all local electronic media, as well as on the radio. The Russian Center immediately began receiving calls from Pleven residents interested in the center's work.
