The Space Dogs: Return to Earth ("Belka and Strelka. The Caribbean Mystery" in the Russian box office) will be released on streaming platforms in the United States next summer. As part of the American Film Market, which was held in November online, the rights to show the cartoon by the Russian studio KinoAtis were sold to the United States and France, RIA Novosti reports.

The studio said that representatives of Taiwan, South African and other countries were interested in acquiring the rights to show the animated film. Deals with some of them are close to completion. Previously, contracts were signed for screenings in China and Latin American countries.

The Space Dogs: Return to Earth is the third film in the series of adventures of space dogs, in which the main characters, on the orders of the Soviet command, follow to the shores of Cuba to investigate the causes of a strange water tornado.

Russkiy Mir reported that another popular Russian animated series, Masha and the Bear, claims the title of the world's most sought-after children's show. The series also became one of the most popular children's show during the pandemic.
