Compatriots in Portugal to choose Snow Maiden of the year

The Snow Maiden of the Year 2021 INTERNATIONAL competition has been announced by the Coordinating Council of Russian Compatriots in Portugal. The competition is supported by the Russian Embassy in Portugal and the Rossotrudnichestvo representative office, according to the Ded Moroz INTERNATIONAL page on Facebook.

Those wishing to take part in the competition must send their applications by December 19. The organizing committee is waiting for a photo of a young participant in a New Year's costume, as well as a video with a creative performance - a song, dance or a poem reading.

From December 21, The voting will open on December 21 and last for five days. The audience are going to choose a winner, two Vice-Snow Maidens and winners of awards in five nominations, including Miss Russian Style and Miss Audience Choice. Information about the winners and laureates will be published on Facebook.
