New RSL textbooks and services presented at 14th Assembly of Russkiy Mir

A presentation of various textbooks, teaching aids and programs for learning the Russian language took place on October 28 within the framework of the 14th Assembly of the Russkiy Mir foundation. 

General Director of the Russian Language. Courses publishing house Svetlana Remizova presented novelties of textbooks and teaching aids. The textbook entitled “Episodes. Video Course for the Development of Speech " presents the most frequent situations of everyday communication based on more than 100 video clips from modern Russian films and TV shows. 

Remizova emphasizes that the publishing house not only publishes educational literature, but also participates in various conferences and seminars around the world. At the events, experts talk about current trends in the development and improvement of literature on Russian as a foreign language.

Experts of the Zlatoust educational and publishing center talked about various formats of educational activities of the center: a language school for foreign students, refresher courses for RSL teachers, online seminars, new tutorials, etc.

Experts of the Lang-land project presented a Lang-Land.com virtual office for distance learning of the Russian language, telling in detail about its opportunities for both teachers and students.

There was also a presentation of the IPR Media company, which introduced the participants of the meeting to a convenient service for learning the Russian language, an electronic educational platform -  "Russian as a Foreign Language". The project is aimed at popularizing the Russian language, helping foreigners to learn the language: students from foreign countries in Russian educational organizations, children brought up in a bilingual environment.

A pleasant surprise for the assembly participants was the opportunity to get a free 3-months access to "Russian as a Foreign Language".
